WELCOME PARTY JUNE 2 at 7:30 PM The Spur Bar & Grill Say hello to Adam and Bailey before their big day! Join us for drinks after dinner on your own. Be sure to get a wristband at the door to identify you’re part of the wedding festivities!
Transportation Our wedding venue is not accessible by private car, so we are providing transportation. Shuttle buses will leave from the Hyatt Place – Park City at 5:30 pm sharp. Please be in the lobby or outside by 5:15 to load up. It is a 20-25 minute drive to the venue.
To get to the Hyatt Place to catch the shuttle, you can Uber, take public transit, or drive and park in the Hyatt Place parking lot.
One EARLY bus will depart the wedding venue at 10:30 pm back to Hyatt Place, and the buses will depart again at midnight from the wedding venue back to Hyatt Place.
Attire “Mountain Formal” means boots and bolo ties are encouraged! Long, flowy dresses for gals, and jackets, pants, and dress-shirts for gentlemen.
There is a gravel path leading to the wedding ceremony site, so please plan your footwear accordingly. We recommend bringing a heavier jacket or wrap for the evening as we live in an alpine desert climate and temperatures dip significantly (mid 50s) during the evenings in early June.
A Note About Little Ones Unfortunately, no children or babies are going to be attending the wedding. If you need help securing childcare, please reach out to Jillian, the MOH. Park City Sitters is also reputable business in the area.
*If you are a nursing mother and want to go over a game-plan for the night of the wedding, please contact Jillian, the MOH, her info is below.
Close out the fun-filled weekend with Adam and Bailey open-house style. Mosey on down to City Park (we reserved the Bandstand and South End Pavillion) at 11:00 for breakfast burritos, fruit, cookies, coffee and some lawn games. Definitely RSVP if you plan on coming, so we know how much food to order!
Parking is available at the Mawhinney Parking Lot (next to skatepark), plenty of parking along Sullivan Rd. next to the baseball fields, and also at the Park City Library across the street. We encourage our local friends to carpool or ride bikes. This park is accessible by public transit as well.
We will be hanging out in the park all afternoon, so BYOB for later in the afternoon (no glass in the park!)
